Ostrich meat is low in both cholesterol and calories. It is almost fat free and tastes very similar to beef. Ostrich meat is a healthy alternative to red meat, and its distinct subtle taste and versatility has made it sought after by hoteliers, restaurateurs, home cooks and caterers throughout the world.
One of the main reasons for its popularity is that it is lower in calories, saturated fats and cholesterol than even chicken and turkey, with 0,5% fat and 21% protein content. This makes ostrich meat ideal for today's trend towards lighter cooking and healthier eating.

increasing number of hotels and restaurants offer ostrich meat, while home
cooks can find it in delicatessens and supermarketsd. Ostrich meat prime
cuts are fillets and steaks. The birds are all free range and bio-friendly

vacuum sealed in bags
of
2,5 kg each, before being packaged in specially designed 10 kg boxes. The
